When will my photos be done?

​

 I know you’re so excited about the magic we created, trust me I am too! But, every time I stop my workflow to answer these messages it is taking away from time I could be editing. You’ll get a sneak peak of your photos via social media, or message within 72 hours of your session. This can vary if I am traveling to and from your session or if I am traveling immediately after your session.

 

You can refer to your contract for scheduled timelines of your photos. If something were to come up that would extend the contracted time you will hear from me.

 

Regular Sessions – 5-6 Weeks

Weddings – 8-12 Weeks

Do you travel?

​

Yes! Travel for is free within 2 hours of home (Gladstone, ND). After that 2 hours, a travel fee is applied by milage depending on the current travel rate at the time booked. Hotel + lodging accommodations are booked by me at the time of booking and invoiced with the travel at booking.

Do you offer newborn photography?

​

In short, no. I do not have a studio, nor do I feel comfortable posing your new bundle of delicate joy with wraps and props. But I can refer you to multiple local newborn photographers.

​

I do offer in-home lifestyle sessions with your newborn + also offer Fresh 48 sessions at the hospital within 48 hours of birth.

Do I get to print my own photos?

​

After your gallery has been delivered you are able to download your full resolution photos and print where you would like. If you would like to buy prints from my professional photo lab – please reach out and I would be happy to help.

How long do you keep my photos for?

​

Your gallery will be available online for 60 days. After that 60 days it is your responsibility to have downloaded your images and backed them up in multiple locations. I will archive your photos for a year. If you need me to pull them from the archive it will be a $100 fee.

Can I get my photos on a flash drive?

​

Yes, I can provide you with your entire gallery on a flash drive for a $75 fee with local pickup, or the cost of postage.

 

 

I need to reschedule my session!

 

I try to accommodate everyone’s busy schedule, but during the peak season of weddings and family sessions there is no guarantee that I will have a date available. I allow one reschedule, the second time we have to reschedule will result in a cancellation of the session and result in termination of the contract with the retainer being forfeited.

I need to cancel!

​

If you cancel and terminate services, you are forfeiting your retainer. I do understand somethings are out of our control and will take those factors into consideration.

​

 

I’m running late!

​

Again, I understand some things are out of our control. Any amount of time you are late arriving to a session will be considered lost session time and can’t be guaranteed to be made up. I will try to accommodate if time and sun allows.

Can I pay to expedite my gallery delivery?

​

Yes! I can give you a quote to expedite your gallery delivery. This must be paid in full before the session is delivered.

​

 

We are having so much fun and might need to add more time on to our wedding day, can we do that?

​

You bet! Event photography time add on will be an additional $250/hour.
